Jody’s path into holiday homes started early and over the years that grounding shaped the way she now approaches hosting. She began her career in real estate at just 16, working part-time at a local real estate while finishing her final year at high school. What began with a single property has grown, organically, through word-of-mouth and a reputation for going above and beyond; generous welcome touches, thoughtful extras, and a level of care guests notice and owners trust. Today, that same attention to detail underpins everything we do, across a portfolio that spans the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Mary Valley, and Fraser Coast. Jody believes good hosting isn’t passive, it’s a real business, built on the right systems, the right people, and a genuine love of getting the details right.
